This Week's Assignment : Whom would you like to be ?
For each of the sets of people listed, choose the one whom you would most like to be, and write a 2 page account of his/her life, saying why you chose him/her, how s/he compares and contrasts to the others in the group, and how s/he influenced the Church in Eastern Europe and Russia
For some of these you may have to consult sources beyond the textbook.

- Prince Vladimir of Kiev, Yaroslav the Wise, Alexander Nevski, Batu Khan
- Ivan III, the Great; Ivan IV, the Terrible; Peter the Great
- Andrei Rublev, Anthony of the Caves, Sergius of Radonezh, Nikon the Patriarch
