Module Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to :
- Describe and discuss some of the archaeological findings relating to the Stone Ages in the Holy Land (CLO C)
- Describe and discuss some of the archaeological findings relating to the Bronze Ages in the Holy Land (CLO C)
- Describe and discuss some of the cultural settings of the Stone Ages in the Holy Land (CLO D)
- Describe and discuss some of the cultural settings of the Bronze Ages in the Holy Land (CLO D)
Textbook and Bible Readings
The Bible reading is quite long. It is not necessary to study it in depth, but do try to read through it (as if you were reading a newspaper or a book) to get the sequence of events and to fill in some of the things you did not learn in Sunday School.

- Using Genesis 11:27 - 25:11 as your main source material, make notes on the Life of Abraham. Notice where the account in Genesis does or does not fit with a setting in the Mid Bronze Age as we know it at present.
- Instances in the Genesis accounts for times of drought and famine.

You will have 1 hour to complete the test.
You may take the test three times before the cut-off time.
Questions will vary each time you take the test.
Your highest score will count towards your course grade.
